These terms cover Julie Ann's Crew, the staff training app of Julie Ann's Frozen Custard at crew.julieanns.com, and its text messages.

Julie Ann's Crew text messages

Julie Ann's Frozen Custard sends text messages to its staff who opt in on the sign-in page. Messages are about:

• training reminders and new trainings assigned to you;
• your shift assignments (your jobs for tonight);
• checklist and badge updates;
• quiz results and follow-up quizzes.

Separately, when you ask to sign in, we text you a one-time sign-in code. That code is sent only when you request it.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email pete@julieanns.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
