Julie Ann's Frozen Custard (“we”) runs Julie Ann's Crew, the training app for our staff at crew.julieanns.com. This policy explains what the app keeps and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name and the mobile phone number you clock in with (from our staff schedule).
• Your training records: trainings and videos watched, quiz answers and scores, checklists, skill checks, badges and shift jobs.
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages, when, and the wording you agreed to.

How we use it

• To sign you in: we text a one-time code to your number when you ask for one.
• To run your training, track your progress and schedule you for the stations you're certified on.
• If you opted in, to text you about training reminders, shift assignments, checklist and badge updates, and quiz results. See our Terms of Service.

Text messaging

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use service providers only to run the app and deliver messages (for example our hosting, database and text-messaging providers). They may use your information only to provide that service to us.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask a manager, or email us, to turn texts off.
